2,2-Bipyridine-6-carboxaldehyde,4-methoxy-,oxime is a chemical molecule made up of a bipyridine ring structure with an oxime group linked to the carbon atom of the carboxaldehyde group at the carbon position, a methoxy group connected to the 4-position, and a carboxaldehyde group connected at the 6-position.  There are multiple possible uses for this 2,2-Bipyridine-6-carboxaldehyde,4-methoxy-,oxime for chemical and biological research.  It is being investigated for both its ability to stop the development of particular bacteria and for its possible application as a cancer fighter.
